The proposal for a condominium residence in the city of S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 dos Campos, designed for a young couple with small children, was born from their desire for a lifelong home.<\/span><\/p>\n

This was the guiding concept for architect Fernanda Marques\u2019 project. Spanning nearly 1,400 square meters, the design features an extensive layout tailored for the residents\u2019 daily life and comfort.<\/span><\/p>\n

The spacious home was built with a steel structure, allowing for thinner, more delicate slabs that bring a sense of lightness to the horizontal planes, while incorporating high-end materials.<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the standout elements of the architectural design is the seamless integration between indoor and outdoor spaces. The house opens up to the garden, enhancing the residential program\u2019s main living areas.<\/span><\/p>\n

The entryway is accessed through a garden path, while the private quarters are located on the upper floor. The social areas, along with a terrace designed for entertaining friends and family, are situated on the ground level\u2014emphasizing a connection with nature and a lifestyle centered around conviviality.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

An architectural project designed to prioritize family living<\/span><\/span><\/h2>

The layout brings together the typical spaces needed for family life, with special attention given to the children. A playroom is connected to the main living area to encourage interaction. The design also includes a gym area and two home theaters\u2014one integrated into the main living room, and the other located on the upper floor.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the private area, the master suite faces a preserved green area, while the other bedrooms overlook the swimming pool. Elements of nature are ever-present throughout the project, whether through openings in the structure that allow the garden to flow into the home, or through the carefully framed views of the surrounding landscape.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
