Skyline Project<\/span><\/span><\/h2>

Minimalist in style, this 520 m\u00b2 residential apartment project, located in the Jardins neighborhood of S\u00e3o Paulo, prioritizes seamless circulation, spacious and interconnected areas, and, as its name suggests, breathtaking views of its privileged surroundings.<\/p>\n

Furnished sparsely with iconic design pieces from Brazil and abroad, the interiors reflect the homeowners\u2019 clear intent: to highlight the stunning landscape visible through the apartment\u2019s expansive openings. On one side, the lush greenery of Jardim Europa; on the other, the vibrant Avenida Paulista.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Lighting plays a central role in the design, achieved through a carefully balanced combination of direct and indirect, artificial and natural light. Luminous materials like Navona travertine marble, used for the living room floor and ceiling, enhance the effect. The lighting gently grazes the walls at times and, at others, directs attention to a piece of furniture or artwork.<\/p>\n

Harmonizing with the minimalist focus, the furniture palette favors neutral tones with subtle color accents, primarily in the details. \u201cIn this context, I see marble as the quintessential material for the project, conveying both sophistication and a sense of warmth,\u201d concludes Fernanda Marques.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
