The main challenge involved in renovating an old mansion – located on one of the busiest commercial arteries in the capital of São Paulo -, to make way for the new facilities of the Pompermaier Institute: an aesthetic clinic nationally recognized for its innovative and technological aesthetic procedures.

On the upper floor, in addition to the other service rooms, there was one of the institute’s owners’ main premises: an auditorium for training, lectures and meetings. Finally, the project provided the building with brises, capable of controlling insolation and also providing thermal protection for the building.

Our objective was for the customer to really become involved with the place, from entering the garden to the service point. The implementation of the project maintained the original structure of the property.
